In Warranty
General
* For all products bought on our website except for auction and
rent sales warranty service is guaranteed for one year
after the delivery of the product.
* For all products bought through the auction and rent sales on
our website warrant service is guaranteed for 6 months after
the delivery of the product.
Service & Disclaimer
* For service requests that are caused by user's own mistake, negligence
and any action that is against the operation recommendations
or the warnings suggested by user's manual, service is charged to the customer.
* For service requests apart from cases governed by the provision
of the above paragraph, service is done free of charge.
That includes transportation and tax.
Replacement & Repair
* Within 3 months after the delivery of the product service-requested
products are replaced with new ones.
* After this 3 month period is over, service-requested products are
recalled to the MySono Service Centers for repair. At customers' request service products (MySono201 Service) are given to the customers for
their use during the service.
Out of Warranty
General
* Official warranty period is over one year after the delivery
of the product. After that service is charged to customers case by case.
* Service charges can be different according to the regions and
the period of service.
